Answer: You’re supposed to scoop it out, I was not a big fan of the texture or the flavor. You can’t really even taste the ginger (if that’s something you’re looking for). -

Once you open it do you need to put in the fridge?
Answer: No....I never refrigerate honey. -
Question:
Is this product pasteurized or unpasteurized?
Answer: The labels on my jars say it is 'organic' which makes me think it is not pasteurized. This is a question for the source; To know for sure if it is or is not, a customer may want to contact Greenbow.
