    Answer: If u have airmatic system like my car does it want u need the airbag with the canister on it .. U can go on YouTube and there is an e 500 with the airbag on there..Your whole rear end has to come of to get it put on

    Answer: Yes it will fit. I have build them into my 2004 base wagon with no issues. The ADS individually adjust the shock absorbers, not the air spring.

    Answer: It fit my 2005 4 matic wagon with no issues and has performed well.

    Answer: Not sure about a 2003. it fit nicely on the 04 I worked on. But it was the wrong electrical plug, as the car I was working on was WITH Airmatic.

    Answer: This fits all US-spec 2004-2009 E-Class wagon with the auto-leveling rear suspension option.

    Answer: There are left and right side air springs, so be careful when ordering.
