отвечать: The Standard for energy control is OSHA 1910.147, if only electrical energy has to be controlled then is OSHA 1910.333 also you can use NFPA 70E for electrical LOTO. Read the difference between complex and simple LOTO procedures and requirements. Go to YouTube and see the video " A life is in the Line" from Panduit. Locks must be standard within your program and one lock per employee. If more than one person (Complex LOTO) then a supervisor must take control of the procedure. If a simple LOTO will be perform then a program may not be apply to that lock or activity.
