Cavab: It is recommended to have Xbox LIVE Gold 12 month card and Microsoft 1600 Points Card. -

What's the difference between the old and new model of Kinect? What advantages does the new model have?
Cavab: No clue. I think the new one has a distance sensor. We have the old one and had to buy this attachment because our living room is too small and it allows us to be closer to the sensor. -

Do you need Xbox Live to play Gunslinger and Fruit Ninja? Or just to download? Or do you only need an internet connection to download those?
Cavab: I do not have Xbox Live but it still was letting me download the games. However, there was not enough space on my system to fully download either game. I deleted a lot of other content and was still never able to download or play either game! I would not recommend buying this unless you have a newer version of Xbox 360/a lot of extra memory space. -

Cavab: The one my son has is about 6 months old. I believe it is the newest one and it works great. -

Cavab: It's referring to the Kinect sensor bar itself. -

Does Kinect require its own games?
Cavab: For gaming, the Kinect for the XB360 console requires Kinect compatible games. Kinect compatible games will have the green Kinect logo on the upper right area of the game packaging. -

Do you have to have internet to use Kinect games for my kids to dance?
Cavab: No, you do not. Just connect it to the Xbox 360. -

If this is a newer version, why do you say OLD MODEL? Or is that for the Gunstringer game?
Cavab: It's probably newer. I bought mine years ago.
