Cavab: Definitely not. The sizing is way off. Unless you like an extremely tight waistband, you generally will have to size UP one notch. -

I see guys asking what size for 33 waist. Is that pant size or actual measurement? I wear 32-33 pant, but actual measurement is 36 for some reason.
Cavab: Go by your pant size. If you wear 32-33, a medium should be perfect.
