Terms and Conditions for

Payment and Renewal:

Free Trial: If you have registered for Ubuy membership free trial, you will get free access to the membership benefits for the duration of the specified trial period only. You may cancel your free trial any time during the specified period. Once canceled, you won’t be able to use your membership benefits.

Auto-Renewal: Unless you cancel your membership before the end of your trial period, you will be automatically charged the annual membership fee plus any applicable taxes to the chosen payment method used upon registration - as authorized by you - and will continue to be charged on an annual recurring basis. To avoid being charged, you should cancel your membership before the end of your free trial period through your account page. If you wish to contact us by email, please reach out to us at least 2 business days prior to your membership auto-renewal date.

If you cancel auto-renewal, the cancelation will take effect a day after the last day of the current membership period. You will still have access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. After this date, you will lose access to all the membership benefits.

You may cancel your membership any time before the renewal date, subject to our membership terms and conditions.

Taxes: Tax rates applied are based on the rates applicable at the time of your annual charge. This amount can change over time as per local tax requirements in your country, state, or territory. Any change in tax rates will be automatically applied based on the account information you provide. Ubuy is not responsible for any additional charges or fees incurred by your bank or credit card.

Refunds: In case of a membership refund, Ubuy will fully refund the membership fee if you have canceled your membership within the first 5 days after being charged and only if you did not use any of the membership benefits or placed an order after the trial period. After that, Ubuy will only refund the full membership fee if you have not used any of the membership benefits or placed an order.

Ubuy may deduct from the refund amount the value of membership benefits used since the latest membership charge.

Cashback:

Cashback will be offered for non-discounted physical product price (subtotal), excluding shipping, customs, and all other charges.

Cashback will be credited to your wallet and will be unlocked for use after your order is delivered. You will still find pending cashback on your account page within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

Cashback credit can be redeemed starting from the unlock date (delivery date) and will expire within 15 days.

If an order is canceled or returned, cashback will not be offered for that order. And if the order is partially canceled or returned, cashback will be calculated on the remaining product’s value.

In cases where you have decided not to continue with the membership before the trial period ends and you have received cashback in your account, the cashback credited will only be valid for the trial period.

Shipping and Consolidation Limitations:

Products of significant weight or size may require additional time for processing and delivery.

Ubuy may exclude some products from consolidation in cases where products are hazardous or significant in weight and size.

Changes to orders such as changes in shipping address, adding/removing products or quantity could affect shipping speed.

Shipping speed benefits can be limited to the destination country’s customs clearance requirements which Ubuy has no control of.

Warranty Benefits:

Free repair for 1 year – with 2 services allowed per product selected.

The warranty under UBUY shall not cover the following:

• The device was repaired at unauthorized service centers unless approved by UBUY.
• The damage resulted from intentional breakage.
• Multiple suspicious damages to the same or different sides of the product.
• Bending or dents in the device body or any other cosmetic damage.
• Multiple or combined damages such as breakage and spillage of liquids at the same time and full submersion in liquids.
• Failures resulting from misuse, deliberate negligence, faulty settings, faulty installment, and usage of unfitting accessories.
• Serial numbers were changed, tampered with, wholly or partially removed, or the label was removed.
• The accessories accompanying the product.
• Routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Damage of data/equipment/software due to a virus infection or the like.
• Failure to protect your appliances from infestation by pests and rodents etc.
• Consumable parts like filters in a water purifier or a kitchen chimney, which are designed to last for a certain lifetime and hence replaced by the consumer are not covered.
• Shipping and customs if a replacement is being sent to the customer.
• Any damage caused by not approved modifications to the manufacturer’s specifications including the failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions.
• The warranty is not transferable.
• The warranty will not cover data recovery of any product which has means to store data digitally on the device.
• UBUY may cancel the warranty for an item and refund the warranty amount charged if we consider the item to be not eligible for the warranty.

Additional Terms:

Orders placed by Ubuy members are subject to Ubuy return and refund policy unless otherwise stated.

By signing up for membership, the customer agrees to receive promotional emails and communication related to the membership.

Ubuy reserves the right to accept or reject membership at our sole discretion.

Ubuy reserves the right to cancel a customer’s membership at our sole discretion without prior notice in case we determine that the customer violated our terms and conditions and was involved in fraudulent activity.

Ubuy has the right to remove or add benefits to the membership plan at any time and will communicate the same to the customer.
